Job Seeker Services
Browsing and applying for jobs on SeaNeB Jobs is completely free for all job seekers. No payment is collected from candidates, so no refunds are applicable for standard job seeker accounts.
Employer Paid Plans
If you have purchased a job posting or recruitment plan and experience a technical issue preventing usage, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase. Refunds are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Non-Refundable Cases
- Plans already fully utilised (job postings published and active)
- Accounts suspended due to policy violations or fake listings
- Requests made after 7 days from the date of purchase
- Promotional or discounted plan purchases
How to Request a Refund
Email our support team at [email protected] with your registered email address, order ID, and reason for the refund request. We will respond within 3–5 business days.
